Hours of Operation: We are typically available by e-mail Monday-Saturday from 8am-7pm
Mountain Time. Effective October 2010 we are no longer available on Sundays, though
e-mails will still be replied to within 24 hours. Because this is a home business
(and the manager/co-owner is a work-at-home mother of two young children), availability
can vary slightly, but we almost always respond within 24 hours! It is also extremely
difficult for her to answer phone calls, so it is ALWAYS quickest to reach her by
e-mail.
